1. Service Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your request for technical support under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet started (remote session not initiated or technician not dispatched).
  • Cancellation request is received within 2 hours of booking and before service activation.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your customer dashboard or via email.
❌ Non-Cancellable Services
  • Services that have already been initiated or completed.
  • Instant/urgent support sessions.
  • Custom service packages, once scheduled and staffed.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best possible support, but if you're not satisfied, you may request a refund under the conditions below:

  • The issue remains unresolved even after reasonable attempts by our technicians.
  • The service provided was not as described or was affected by technical failures from our side.
  • Duplicate or incorrect billing due to system error.
❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • User fails to follow basic instructions or denies remote access.
  • Issue resolved but customer still seeks refund for personal reasons.
  • Service was fully delivered as promised.
  • Refund request made after 72 hours of service delivery.

3. Refund Process

Include:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Order/service date
  • Reason for refund

We will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • Monthly/annual subscribers can cancel anytime from the user dashboard or by emailing support.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days after the billing cycle has started.
  • Future renewals will be stopped once cancellation is confirmed.

5. Physical Product Refunds (If Applicable)

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product is unused and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the error was on our side.
