1. Nature of Products
GeekTechZy primarily offers digital technical support services. Most of our services are delivered electronically via:
- Remote access tools
- Emails
- Downloadable software
- Online chat or call support
However, in certain cases, we may ship physical materials, such as:
- Pre-installed USB tools
- Software license kits
- Printed user guides (on request)
- Company merchandise (if applicable)
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship physical items (if applicable) within:
- India (PAN-India delivery available)
- United States (all 50 states)
International shipping beyond these two countries is available only on a case-by-case basis.
3. Shipping Timeframe
Orders with physical deliveries are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- India: 3–7 business days
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Other countries (if allowed): 10–15 business days
Delays due to natural calamities, customs, or unforeseen courier issues are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Digital Services: No shipping charges.
- Physical Products: Charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Free shipping may apply to certain promotional products or bulk orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier, and resolution will be provided accordingly.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Physical products can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
- Request raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- Shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer unless the error is on our side
Digital services are non-returnable once delivered or initiated.
